Mr Michael Bancroft

Mr. Michael Bancroft was born in England and graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA Hons Degree in Primary Education. He has taught for fifteen years, six years in the UK and nine years in the United Arab Emirates and China. He has gained experience teaching in government and international Schools. For the last 4 years, he has been in administration. He has a vast experience of the English and American Common Core Curriculums and working most recently in an IB accredited school. Mr. Michael has spent time over the last four years developing curriculum and improving teaching and learning throughout the elementary campus. He made a large contribution to regaining Middle States Accreditation and most recently WASC accreditation.

Mr. Michael is looking forward to working at BISS and is excited to help motivate both students and teachers to achieve their full potential and help BISS with its continued growth and vision for the future.

Ms Valentina Trpkoska

Ms. Valentina has been an educator for 20 years being both a teacher and a counselor. In BISS she is the school counselor and the TOK teacher. She is enthusiastic about students’ wellbeing, students' learning, and their future endeavors.
